about me
At present my household consists of, 8 border collies, and 1 long suffering husband who owns a ginger cat named Chaos.
I have owned and worked my dogs for over 40 years in mainly obedience and it is only in the past 15 years I have decided to give agility a go. (That was Fozzies fault) Fozzie soon moved up to grade 3 followed by his daughter Nookie moving up into Grade 5. I am now in the process of training some of his progeny who like their father/grandfather love the fun and excitement of the sport.
I am qualified with the British Institute of Professional Dog trainers and hold a Level 2 City and Guilds in Dog Behaviour as well as a Level 3 Diploma in Dog grooming/canine first aid. Now training with the IMDT who work through positive reinforcement, I recently completed my Level 2 instructors course for Hoopers with CHW and am now a Canine Hoopers World assessor for their progression levels.
I occasionally breed my border collies and the ones I keep all start their careers in the show ring before going on to their chosen sports.
